摘要
防辐射织物化学镀整理前,通常需进行表面活化预处理。基于分子自组装理论,采用壳聚糖(CS)在锦纶织物表面原位生成纳米级贵金属催化层,并通过扫描探针显微镜(SPM)及X射线衍射(XRD)进行表征。试验最佳工艺为:CS浓度11g/L,处理温度60℃,交联剂含量10mL/L。该活化方法在织物表面形成的活化中心达到了纳米级别,降低了贵金属用量并提高了其催化活性,可取代传统化学镀前的活化工艺。
Surface activation process always has been taken before the electroless plating of radiation resistant fabric. Based on theory of molecular selfassembly, nano noble metal catalyst layer was on site formed on the surface of polyamide fabric by chitosan, and characterized by SPM and XRD. The optimal process was determined by trials, that is, concentration of chitosan 11 g/L,treating temperature 60℃, content of crosslinking agent 10 mL/L. With this activation method, the nanosized activation center on fabric surface was obtained, the dosage of noble metal was decreased, and catalyst activity was increased. This activation method could substitute conventional activation process before electroless plating.
