摘要
针对蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝在碱性条件下易发生水解的问题,通过单因子试验确定选用Na2CO3而非NaOH作为精练碱剂。对蚕蛹蛋白粘胶/棉交织针织面料的练漂工艺采用多因子正交试验,讨论了各工艺因素对纤维表面蛋白质流失率、织物强力、毛细效应、白度的影响,确定了该面料的较佳练漂工艺,即精练剂FK-W1002g/L,纯碱4g/L,H2O24g/L,真丝保护剂SE2g/L,练漂时间120min,浴比1:20,温度95℃。
Since the pupa protein viscose filament will hydrolysis under alkali condition, the single factor test was carried out for choosing sodium carbonate as scouring alkali, but not sodium hydroxide. The multi factors orthogonal experiment was also carried out for exploring scouring and bleaching process of pupa protein viscose/cotton knitted fabrics, and for discussing the scouring effect, such as protein content, fabric tensile capillary effect and whiteness. The proper process was finally concluded, that was, scouring agent FK-W100 2 g/L,soda 4 g/L, H2O2 4 g/L, protecting agent SE 2 g/L, time 120 min, liquor ratio 1 : 20, temperature 95 ℃.
