浅谈全毛印花毯的设备改造

Equipments reformation for wool blanket printing

针对机织羊毛印花毯印花中的渗透不良、固色不牢和搭色等问题,对印花设备进行改进,包括采用大直径(400mm)压辊,汽蒸箱前增加预烘机,安装进布长度控制器和改进导布辊传动装置等。改进后,以上问题得到有效解决,各项技术指标达到产品相关要求。

Due to penetration, fixation and staining problems of wool printed blanket, the reformation of printing equipment was carried out, including flat screen printing machine, consolidating roller, pre-drying machine, length controller of cloth feeding, driving unit of guiding roller.
