摘要
移相轨迹将转子进动空间划分为恶化及改善转子平衡状态的2个不同的响应区域,在配重方案的搜索过程中具有指导作用.考虑到非对称刚度条件下的椭圆形进动轨迹会造成转子进动角与自转角之间关系的非线性,因此研究了通过相位补偿技术建立转子响应与配重质量之间的方位对应关系,将试重响应初相矢偏移量准确地转化为试重量偏移量,从而实现了对移相轨迹的指导作用.通过对300 MW汽轮发电机组在现场动平衡中的应用,证明了该方法的有效性和准确性.
Phase shift orbit divides the response space into two different regions one of which can improve or and the other deteriorate the rotor balance. It plays a guiding role in the searching procedure for the balancing correction scheme. Considering the situation that the elliptical shaped orbit of an anisotropic rotor system may lead to a nonlinear phase increment relation between the initial phase vector and unbalance weight, the phase compensation formula then is established to implement the guiding function of the phase shift orbit. The effectiveness and correctness of the phase shift orbit is confirmed in a field balancing of a 300 MW turbine generator set.
