产业结构不合理是高寒牧区经济发展的瓶颈。在分析了甘南牧区产业体系现状的基础上,遵循产业演进规律,构建了新型的产业结构体系:第一产业向现代、绿色、高效的农牧业转型;第二产业向多元化、高端化、集群化演进;第三产业向高层次、宽领域发展。

Unreasonable industry structure is the bottleneck which constrains the development of alpine pasture economy. Based on the analysis of the situation of industry system, this paper follows the law of industry development and puts forward building a new industry system： the primary industry is transforming into a modern, green, efficient agricultural; The second industry is evolving to diversification and cluster; The third industry is developing to a higher level and wide-ranging.
