摘要
目的探讨中风后足下垂的最佳治疗方法。方法随机将99例中风后足下垂患者分为治疗组52例和对照组47例。治疗组采用针刺结合物理疗法(PT)治疗,对照组单纯进行PT治疗。结果治疗组与对照组均能改善中风后足下垂症状,但治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合PT治疗更有助于中风后足下垂患者的功能恢复。
Objective To seek an optimal treatment for postapoplectic foot drop.Methods Ninety-nine patients with postapoplectic foot drop were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 52 cases and an control group of 47 cases.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus PT,and the control group,by simple PT.Results The symptom of postapoplectic foot drop improved in both the treatment and control groups,but the clinical therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus PT is more helpful in restoring the function of patients with postapoplectic foot drop.
