摘要
用激光导热仪于20~140℃分别测试了填充不同量白炭黑和白炭黑/硅烷偶联剂Si-69的天然橡胶的热扩散系数。结果表明,胶料的热扩散系数随着白炭黑/Si-69填充量的增加而增大,且与温度大致呈线性变化趋势。白炭黑在Si-69的表面改性作用下,能与胶料分子链形成较好的导热网络结构,使其在天然橡胶基质中的分散程度得到改善,从而使胶料的热扩散系数得以提高。
The thermal diffusivity of the all-steel basal rubber filled with different amount of white carbon black and white carbon black/silane coupling agent Si-69 were measured by laser thermal conductivity meter. The results indicated that the thermal diffusivity of the rubber increased with the increase of amount of white carbon black and Si-69, and linearly tendency varied with the temperature. The white carbon black formed good thermal conductivity network with the molecular chain of the rubber, and the dispersion of the white carbon black in the natural rubber matrix was improved when the surface of the white carbon black was treated with Si-69, and the thermal diffusivity of the rubber was improved greatly.
