摘要 研究了硫化促进剂种类、硫黄及硬脂酸用量对氯化丁基橡胶再生胶物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,单独使用促进剂CZ时硫化再生胶的综合性能较好,拉伸强度达到6,1 MPa,扯断伸长率达到679%,焦烧安全性良好。硫化再生胶的最大转矩随着硫黄用量的增加而增大,胶料的硫化平坦性较好,无硫化返原现象。当硫黄用量为0.5份(质量)时,硫化再生胶拉伸强度最高;超过1.5份(质量)后出现喷霜现象。硬脂酸的使用会对硫化再生胶的物理机械性能产生负面影响。 The effects of different vulcanization accelerators and variant amount of sulfur and stearic acid on the mechanical properties of reclaimed vulcanized chlorobutyl rubber were studied. The results showed that when accelerator CZ was used alone, the properties of revulcanized rubber were better than those of the others, for example, the tensile strength was 6. 1 MPa, elongation at break was 679% , and the scorching safety was good. The maximum torque increased with the increase of sulfur amount, the vulcanization process was stable, and no vulcanization reversion phenomenon was found. When the sulfur amount was 0. 5 phr, the revulcanized rubber had a maximum value of tensile strength, but it would bloom when the amount of sulfur was over 1.5 phr. The using of stearic acid had negative influence on the properties of revulcanized reclaimed rubber.
