聚氨酯-植物纤维共聚型纸张增强剂的研究

Studies on Copolymers of Polyurethane-Lignocellulosic Fiber as Paper Strengthening Agent

研究了水溶性聚氨酯封闭-解封的机理,并分别讨论了异氰酸酯基与香草醛的封闭-解封机理,同时还研究了封闭型水性聚氨酯型纸张增强剂在造纸湿部添加中的应用。将封闭后的聚氨酯乳液应用于造纸湿部添加中,结果显示:经过聚氨酯化处理后的纸张的物理性能大幅度提高,纸张的物理强度得到改善。

The mechanism of blocked-unblocked polyurethane was explored. The contents of isocyanate groups, the selection of block agent and accelerate agent, the time of the blocking reaction which influenced the effects of the blocked polyurethane were also investigated. And the application of blocked polyurethane in paper coat- ing. Depended on the using of individual polyurethane and polyurethane was appended in the dope, we discovered the physical performance of paper both have been improved in different level. In the case of calefaction, the unblocked isocyanate reacted with the hydroxy of fibre, the chemical bonds would improve the wet strength of paper.
