铜水平对幼兔早期生长及毛皮的影响

The Effects of Dietary Copper Levels on Growth and Pelt-weight Gain of Young Rabbits

选４０日龄断乳幼兔２４只（公母各半），按二元配置法随机分成４组进行试验。在基础日粮含铜１４．２１ｍｇ／ｋｇ基础上，添加硫酸铜（ＣｕＳＯ４·５Ｈ２Ｏ）使其铜水平分别为２４．２１、４４．２１、６４．２１ｍｇ／ｋｇ。结果表明：各组日增重效果差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），饲料报酬提高不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）；不同水平铜对兔毛生长有影响（ｒ＝０．８８６），与兔皮的厚度呈负相关（ｒ＝－０．５２６）；兔毛和兔粪中含铜量随日粮铜水平提高而增大，相关系数分别为０．９０４和０．９９２。

Twenty-four health young rabbits,which were forty-days-old,were randowly divided into four groups that was three individuals of each sex in this study We added CuSO 4 solution to the basic diet(14 21mg/kg) to obtain the diets which the copper levels were 21 21mg/kg,44 21mg/kg and 64 21mg/kg respectively The results showed that the dailygain and feed efficiency were affected by dietary copper,but the difference was not significant (P<0 05) Significant effect on the growth of wool was showed as dietary copper levels was different,the coefficient was 0 886 The negative correlation was followed between dietary copper and skin thickness (r=-0 526) The copper levels of wool and feces increased significantly with dietary copper(P<0 01),the coefficients were 0 904,0 992 respectively
