电子资源的集团采购,是指多个图书馆组织起来,联合采购某种资源,以最少的经费,获取最优价格、最佳服务和最符合需求的资源。它是图书馆资源共建共享在网络环境下的产物。本文分析了目前集团采购建设中存在的不足和待改进之处,并提出优化对策,旨在促进集团采购的科学发展。

Consortia acquisition means to purchase certain resources by a group of libraries with least budgets, best prices, best services and most suitable resources. In this paper, the author discusses the problems of the group purchase of electronic resources in China, analyzes the specific operation of consortia acquisition, then the optimization countermeasures on consortia acquisition are put forward.
