液相阻断ELISA在口蹄疫病毒抗体水平检测中的应用 被引量:19

摘要 分别利用口蹄疫病毒Asia-I型和O型液相阻断ELISA方法,对健康猪、牛、羊血清,O型、Asia-I型免疫血清,以及人工感染Asia-I型FMDV的猪、羊血清和人工感染O型FMDV牛血清进行了抗体水平检测,同时利用3ABC-I-ELISA对液相阻断ELISA方法所选的部分阴性血清进行了验证试验.结果显示:利用Asia-I型和O型液相阻断ELISA方法筛选的阴性动物,在免疫和攻毒后,血清抗体水平显著升高,表明该法可完全用于口蹄疫阴性动物筛选及口蹄疫病毒抗体水平的检测. A liquid-phase blocking ELISA was established by using FMDV types O and Asai Ⅰto detect specific FMDV antibody levels in sera of naive,vaccinated,infected and vaccinated-and-infected swine,cattle,and sheep,respectively.Part of the FMDV negative results were ascertained by 3ABC-ELISA.The result revealed that the antibody titers of FMDV negative animals selected by this method raised significantly after vaccinated and infected with FMD virus.This result indicated that the FMDV liquid-phase blocking ELISA could be used to detect antibody levels and sorting FMDV negative animals.
