摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,通过正交试验研究了药物载体马铃薯淀粉微球合成的最佳工艺,即淀粉乳浓度0.45 g/mL、pH10、Span60 0.8 g、植物油160 mL、过硫酸铵0.4 g、亚硫酸氢钠0.4 g、N-N亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.15 g、搅拌速度350 r/min、反应温度50℃、反应时间2 h.在此工艺下制备的马铃薯淀粉微球载药量的平均为1.924 g/g.
According to orthogonal experiment designation,the preparation technique of potato starch micro-sphere was studied.The optimum parameters were screened as starch latex at 0.45 g/mL,pH 10,0.8 g of Span60,160 mL of plant oil,0.4 g of ammonium peroxydisulfate,0.4 g of sodium hydrogen sulfite,0.15 g of N,N-methylenebisacrylamide,stirring rate at 350 r/min,crossing temperature at 50 ℃and crossing time for 2 h.The prepared starch micro-sphere had 1.924 g/g of carrier medicine adsorption.
