示波极谱法测定易拉罐啤酒中的微量铝 被引量:7

Determination of trace aluminum in canned beer by oscillopolarography

摘要 研究了啤酒中的铝离子的极谱行为,用示波极谱法测定了啤酒中铝离子的含量。实验结果表明:在pH为7.0~8.0的三乙醇胺-茜素红S!磷酸二氢钠体系中,铝离子的浓度在0.5~250"g/L范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系。相关系数r为0.9999,回收率为96.1%~103.3%,RSD为1.6%~4.5%。此方法简单、快速、测定结果令人满意。 The polarogram behaviour of aluminum ions in canned beer was studied,and their content determined by oscillopolarography. The results showed that in a triethanolamine-alizarin red-sodium dihydrogen phosphate system of pH 7.0 8.0, the aluminum density had a good linear relation with the peak electric current in 0.5 - 250 μg/L. The detection limit was 0.5μg/L, the correlation coefficient r was 0.9999, the recovery was 96.1% - 103.3%, and the RSD was 1.6% - 4.5%. The method is simple and fast, and the result is satisfactory.
