摘要 采用三种不同的方法(质粒酶切、16S rRNA基因扩增酶切、ERIC-PCR)制备DNA样品,使教师可以根据自身的条件采取不同的方法进行实验准备。设计了通过DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳的结果比较来找出罪犯的实验环节,从而使得该实验的准确性、重复性和吸引力大大提高。 DNA sample was prepared by three methods: plasmid restriction, amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) and ERIC (Enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus) PCR fingerprinting analysis. In order to improve the veracity, repetition and attraction of the experiment , it designed the story of analyzing and judging the criminal according to the result.
