医学检验学生临床实习教学工作的体会与思考

Comprehension and Thinking on the Teaching Practice for the Clinical Medicine Laboratory

结合多年在医院、学校教学工作的经验和体会,从以加强岗前教育,规范实习管理;建立一套科学的教学体制;优选带教老师,与科室综合目标管理联系;注重临床技能培养创建临床实习的新模式;加强第二课堂的学习,丰富学生的知识结构;临床实习与学生就业相联系;学校的教学应与医院联系等方面进行了总结,为做好实习教学工作提供了新的思路。

This article summarized the experience as strengthening inculcation before working, standardizing practice management, establishing scientific teaching system,choosing excellent teachers, combining the section office goal , attaching importance to training clinical skill, establishing new mode on clinical practices, strengthening the learning from the second classroom,improveing the knowledge structure ,combining the employment and clinical practices,which provides the new idea for clinical practice teaching.
