摘要
从文科院系仪器设备的购置特点,以及管理现状出发,分析了仪器设备在现行管理情况下所存在的问题,提出了解决的方案,并对方案的实施做了进一步的介绍。
On the basis of purchase and management peculiarities of instruments and apparatus for colleges （departments） of arts, this article analyzed the problems concerned in the status quo and concluded a solution for these problems and expounded how to put the solution into practice.
