阐述了年份酒值得注意的工艺规程,列举了白酒中金属元素在不同贮存期的变化规律;论述了白酒胶溶特性变化趋势,提出年份酒的鉴评方法。
The noticeable technical processing of age liquor was illustrated. The change rules of metal elements in age liquor during different storage period were introduced.
