回顾天津新法白酒诞生和茅台试点,提出新法白酒是茅台试点的一项重要成果的见解;简要介绍尾酒勾兑法的优点。白酒行业还有许多未解之谜,茅台酒的主体香让老同志念念难忘,只有寄希望于青年科技工作者。
The birth of Tianjin new craft liquor and Maotai pilot experience was reviewed. It was put forward that new craft liquor was one of the most important achievement of Maotai pilot, Besides, the advantages of ending liquor blending were introduced briefly. There are lots of mysteries in liquor-making industry, Up to the present, the main flavor of Maotai liquor is still in all the aged researchers＇ recollection.
