介绍了等离子辅助球磨加工的基本原理,给出了等离子辅助球磨逆变电源控制电路,并采用PIC单片机作控制器,MAX724、AD7543等器件实现了输出功率可调节的电路,该电路工作稳定,满足辅助球磨逆变电源的要求。
The basic theory that plasma assistance ball milling is introduced, and the plasma inverter power source control circle is given, with PIC single chip microcomputer as controller. By using MAX724,AD7543 et. the output power-ajustable circuit can be achieved. The circuit run stably, achieve the requirement of Plasma inverter power source.
