摘要
介绍了氢闸流管开关雷达脉冲调制器的工作过程和特点,给出了串联IGBT新型调制器的技术方案,并对IGBT的驱动保护和串联运行电压失衡原因进行了分析,给出了电压均衡方法,证明了串联IGBT在雷达脉冲调制器中应用的可行性。
The operating process and characteristic of hydrogen thyratron switch radar pulse modulator have been introduced. It has proposed a technology scheme of the new series connection of IGBT pulse modulators. The measures of IGBT Drive and Protection and voltage balancing of serial IGBTs have been analysised.The feasibility that the applying of Series Connection of IGBT on radar＇s pulse modulators has been proved.
