摘要
观察了钴60-γ射线辐射锦丰梨枝条的当代效应,结果表明:经辐射处理的锦丰梨枝条嫁接后均能成活,芽体萌动和展叶延迟;叶色、外观、叶片大小及厚度、叶序发生不同程度的变化。出现二叉、多叉枝和丛状矮枝等畸形枝条。新梢生长量显著下降,长梢抽叶期长而晚,速生期短,而短梢则表现为夏梢以芽内分化叶丛状蔟生成短枝。
