摘要
利用微生物可培养方法研究了奶牛粪堆肥过程中添加ZZM Z腐熟菌剂对奶牛粪堆肥微生物群落的影响,发现接种ZZM Z腐熟菌剂可以使奶牛粪便堆肥细菌数量提高4.53%,放线菌数量提高6.54%,微生物总数提高4.22%,而真菌数量则降低了65.92%,说明ZZM Z腐熟菌剂在堆肥前期能够激发细菌、放线菌的数量上升,抑制真菌的繁殖。
The microbial physiological group diversity in inoculated and control cow manure composting was studied by cultivation a method. Compared to control composting, the number of bacteria,actinomycetes were increased 4.53 %、6.54% respectively, and the total number of microorganism were increased 4.22%, and that fungi were decreased 65.92%. The resuits showed that ZZMZ composting microecologial modulator could stimulate microbial growth, quickened the composting, and shortened the composting cycle.
