摘要
介绍了一种应用于食品辐照的加速管电子枪用70kV直流高压电源的设计。整个电源采用了两级开关型功率变换电路,保证了高压电源的负载特性和宽范围的输出电压需求。着重介绍了改进的串联谐振变换器的工作特点。给出了相关工作波形和工作曲线。
A 70kV DC high-voltage power supply for electron-gun of accelerator-tube used in electron-irradiation is presented. Two-step switch-mode converter was designed in this power supply, which accommodated high-voltage power with load-characteristic and wide regulated output-voltage. The characteristic of a improved series resonant converter was described specifically. The waves and curves were given.
