摘要
热斑影响太阳电池的寿命,太阳电池热斑的产生主要有两个原因,分别与内阻和太阳电池自身暗电流有关。通过对不同电池片进行遮挡实验,分析得出逆电流大的电池更易产生热斑。
Hot spot affects the life of solar cells. There are two elements which are related to generation of hot-spot. They are internal resistance and dark current of solar cells. Through the experiment of shaded different PV cells, we have concluded that the higher reverse current is, the easier hot-spot happens.
