摘要
电磁探伤仪可用于探测套管的变形、孔洞、断裂、裂缝等故障。为了能够通过单芯铠装电缆对井下仪器供电的同时实现井下数据的可靠传输,将地面交流电整流后得到的直流电传输到井下,并通过CMOS控制电路实现了DC/DC转换,最终得到了井下需要的电源,并在传输距离为2000m的情况下,保证了井下信息向地面的可靠传输。
Electromagnetic Detector can be used to detect casing deformation, pore and fracture, and fissures fault. In order to make the reliable down hole data transmission synchronize with the down hole power supply through the single-core cable, this paper transfers DC which get from the change of AC to the hole, and achieve a DC/DC convert through CMOS control circuitry, then finally get the necessary power. This ensure the reliable transmission of down hole information to the ground under the circumstances of 2000m distance.
