摘要 在电能质量检测领域,测量信号通常叠加着随机噪声,因此去噪是信号检测的重要前提。作为常见的去噪方法,均值滤波和中值滤波有很多缺点。均值滤波因其能去除大量的高斯噪声且易于实现而成为一种常用的线性滤波,但均值滤波对于奇异点却很敏感。对此给出了一种改进的均值滤波方法,此方法不单能去除高斯噪声,而且能很好地保留突变点信息。 In the field of power quality detection, along with the signals sampled there are always noises, so denoise is the precondition before signal detection. As familiar methods, median filter and average filter both have many disadvantages. It is a better method to delete great noises and it is easy to realize. Mean filter is sensitive to breakpoint and singular points. For this, a new method based on mean filter is presented. It can denoise as well as keep the brake points.
