摘要
介绍气体扩散阳极(氢扩散阳极)在湿法冶金上的节能降耗原理。用气体扩散阳极代替普通阳极将降低大于50%的槽电压,降低50%左右的能耗。同时介绍氢扩散阳极的结构与制备、氢气的制备。展望氢扩散阳极的在冶金上的应用前景。
The saving-energy and reducing-consume principle for gas diffusion anode (GDA) used in hydrometallurgy is described. The call voltage will be reduced more than 50% and energy will be reduced about 50% if the common anode is replaced by a gas diffusion anode. The structure and preparation of a hydrogen diffusion anode (HDA) and the production of hydrogen are introduced, the future developments of HDA in metallurgy are also prospected.
