摘要 研究用新型捕收剂BK310浮选河南某钼矿矿石。结果表明,采用"一粗两扫、粗精矿空白精选、两段再磨、八次精选"工艺流程,以混合油和BK310为捕收剂,可获得钼精矿含钼53.83%,钼回收率90.14%的浮选指标。捕收剂BK310对辉钼矿具很强的捕收能力和较好的选择性。 The flotation process of molybdenum ore from Henan of China with a new collector BK310 is investigated. The results show that satisfied flotation indexes are achieved by the technology of one stage roughing, two stages scavenging, collectorless flotation of rougher concentrate, eight stages cleaning, using mix oil and BK310 as collectors. The grade and recovery of molybdenum in molybdenum concentrate are 53.83% and 90.14%, respectively. The separation indexes show that the collector BK310 has stronger collecting power and well selectivity for molybdenite.
