摘要
矿石的破碎,不仅其破坏强度具有统计现象,而且其破坏后的产品粒度也具有统计规律。在磨碎过程中,矿粒破碎发生的概率事件取决于钢球碰到矿粒的概率及钢球与矿粒碰撞后发生破碎的概率。仿照统计力学研究的科学方法,推导了单一球径球组和混合球径球组破碎的统计力学公式,其最大破碎事件量所对应的球径或配比可作为最佳球径或最佳配比的依据。
Not only the crushing strength but also the product size distribution appears the statistic phenomena in ore grinding process of mineral processing. Whether the ores are crushed or not in grinding depends upon the bumping probability and the crushing probability. According to statistic mechanics research scheme, the crushing statistic mechanics formulae are calculated for mono-size ball size and mixed ball size, respectively. Therefore, the maximum crushing probability distribution can be used as the basis for determining optimum ball diameter or load ball system.
