摘要
基于注入锁定原理,对轴对称折叠组合CO2激光器的相位锁定机制作了分析。详尽研究了相位锁定后光束的特性。结果表明,相位锁定能够提高光强的最大值,并且使输出光束的能量更集中。这样的结果能应用于激光打孔、激光切割等。
Based on the injection-locking principle, the phase-locking mechanism of axisymmetric folded-combined CO2 laser is analyzed. And then the characteristics of the beam phase-locked are studied in detail. It is shown that the maximum value of the light intensity could be improved significantly and the energy could be more concentraited by the phase-locking. This results could be used in the laser drilling,laser cutting,etc.
