摘要
为了提高CCD测量系统中光斑的定位精度,在重心法的基础上提出了基于线性插值和权值非线性的质心算法,在不同噪声水平下比较了两种算法所能够达到的精度。研究结果表明基于线性插值的权值非线性质心算法能达到1/25像素的定位精度,比传统的重心法有更高的定位精度和稳定性。
In the CCD measurement system,the orientation of pixel position which decides the accuracy of the entire system is very important. Based on the traditional center of gravity algorithm, a new algorithm which adopts linear interpolation and weight nonlinearity is proposed in order to improve the precision of system. The simulation result shows that it is much more precise and stable.
