摘要
结合清连路现场试验测定的基本参数,运用考虑层间接触模型的三维有限元方法,重点分析了车辆和温度荷载作用下,不同隔离层下贫混凝土基层水泥混凝土路面结构主要指标的变化规律.分析结果表明,隔离效果越好,车辆荷载作用下路面受力状态越不利;与车辆荷载情况相反,即隔离效果越好,温度荷载作用下路面受力状态越有利;超载使各结构层主要力学指标值都明显增大,是造成路面早期损坏的主要原因之一;通过比较,发现有限元方法与规范方法计算得到温度应力差值较小,验证了利用有限元方法计算温度应力的可行性.
With the basic parameters of Qing-Lian road field test,three-dimensional FEM considering contacts between layers is used. The key index of cement concrete pavement over lean concrete base treated with different isolation layers are analyzed. The result shows that the pavement state with vehicle load as better isolated layers is more unfavorable, while the pavement state with thermal load is more favorable. It shows that overloading makes the main index of pavement clearly increased, which is one of the major factors of early damage to the pavement. The temperature stresses calculated with FEM is almost the same as that calculated with standard method,verifying the feasibility of the FEM.
