摘要
对粉尘的控制是铸造生产中的关键环节,造粒机的使用可大大降低铸造粉尘对环境的污染。介绍了造粒机的主要结构组成,然后重点介绍了水控部分的改进方法,增加了可调节水流喷雾形状的喷嘴,改善了使用效果。
Dust control is the key of foundry production.The granulator reduces the foundry dust environmental pollution dramatically. This paper introduced the main configuration of granulator. The water control section was improved by adding a nozzle to adjust flow atomization, then the effect was improved.
