摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS对压铸模在初期压铸过程中模具型芯温度场及应力场的分布情况进行数值模拟,得到压铸模型芯温度场与热流分布图和最大应力分布图。并利用ANSYS软件分析了冷却水管的作用以及预热对模具温度梯度的影响。
The temperature and stress field of the die cores in the initial pressure casting stage were simulated using ANSYS software. The temperature, heat flow and the max stress distribution chart were obtained. The effect of the cooling water pipe and the influence of the preheating process on temperature gradient of die were also analyzed.
