摘要
目的:建立了一种测定牙膏中微量铅的方法——氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。方法:采用硝酸-高氟酸消解,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:线性范围为0~100μg/L,检出限为0.23μg/L,样品加标回收率为91.7%~102.1%,用标准物质茶叶(GBW10016)对该法验证,验证结果与推荐值一致,相对标准偏差为1.18%。结论:该法检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度好,准确性高,适合牙膏中微量铅的检测分析。
Objective: To develop a method for the determining of minute quantity lead in toothpaste by the hydride generation- atom fluorescence spectrum( simplified in HG-AFS). Methods: The samples were digested by the nitric acid and the perchloric acid, and determined by the HG-AFS. Results: The linear scale is 0- 100 μg/L, and the determining limit is 0.23 μg/L, and the recovery rate of the adding standard sample is 91.7 % - 102.1%. The presented method is verified by the standard matter tea(GBW10016), the determining results according to the recommended value entirely, the relative standard deviation is 1.18%. Conclusion: The method presented is good at the followings aspects: the determining limit is low, the linear scale is broad, the accurate is high, so it is suitable to the determining the minute quantity lead in the toothpaste.
