摘要
介绍了Ka频段下变频模块的设计。该模块的功能是将接收到的19.2~21.2GHz射频信号下变频到2.2~4.2GHz的中频信号。实际制作的下变频模块变频增益为20dB±1 dB,噪声系数小于6dB,镜频抑制大于100dB。该模块在Ka频段卫星通信系统中有着广阔的应用前景。试验结果证明,微波CAD工具的应用不仅降低了产品的研制成本,而且缩短了产品从电路设计到批量生产的时间。
This paper presents the design of a Ka-band block down converter. The block down converter receives RF signals within the range of 19.2 - 21.2 GHz and converts them down to IF frequency of 2.2 - 4.2 GHz. A conversion gain of 20 dB±1 dB,a noise figure of less than 6 dB and an image rejection of more than 100 dB have been achieved within the RF frequency range.This module has a wide application prospect in the Ka-band satellite communication systems. The experimental results prove that the application of microwave CAD tools not only reduces the cost, but also shortens the time from design to production.
