摘要
按规定半径的刚性凸模模拟管头缩口数学模型,给出球形管头成形过程中应力变形状态数值计算的一些结果和数值图,分析数值计算结果并作出假设,利用塑性流动理论,在这个假设的基础上建立非线性材料球形运动边缘问题的解析解,为完善管件缩口工艺过程奠定了理论基础。
A mathematical model for a type of pipe head necking down was established according to a radius-specified rigid male die. The numerical values which are relevant to the stress deformation state during the forming process of spherical pipe head necking down were given. After an analysis on the calculating results and numerical graph, a supposition was made and an analytic solution based on plastic flow theory was obtained that can solve the spherical motion edge problem of nonlinear properties material.
