摘要
利用数值模拟技术对拼焊板圆筒形件进行拉深试验,通过分析,得出其焊缝的移动规律及影响因素。对某车型后地板成形过程进行了数值模拟及参数优化,通过成形极限图和成形结果对比,并对工艺补充部分进行调整得到了优化的拉深件型面,设计加工出了经济合理的模具。实际生产结果表明,该研究结果可指导实际生产,缩短了生产周期,降低了成本。
The numerical simulation technique was used to simulate the drawing process of a TWB cylindrical part. The movement rules of welding seam and the influencing factors were found through analysis. Then the forming process of the rear panel was simulated and the technological parameters were optimized. A feasible die was developed after an optimized profile was obtained through the adjustment of technological makeup parts, and based on the comparison of forming limit diagram and results.
