摘要 拼焊板材料的板厚差比对拼焊板的成形性能有很大的影响,采用数值模拟方法,分析了不同板厚差比对拼焊板盒形件成形性能的影响,揭示了板厚差比影响成形性能的一般规律,并在轿车中立柱加强件的实际生产中得到应用。 The ratio of tailor-welded blank thickness difference affects its formability and the influence on the formability of a type of TWB square box part were analyzed by using numerical simulation method. The general rules of the effects were summarized, and it was applied in making a type of center pillar of car door.
