新型层状粘土结构F-T合成催化剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 用FeCl3·6H2O和Na2SiO3水玻璃共沉淀法制备蒙脱土结构的新型F-T合成催化剂。用XRD、SEM和N2低温吸附-脱附等方法对催化剂的物相结构进行测定,确认催化剂具有层状结构并有较高的比表面积。催化剂经过预处理,F-T合成在浆态床反应器中进行,反应条件:270℃,0.5MPa,气流量34.5mL·min^-1,n(H2):n(CO)=2:1,反应时间6h。产物分析得知,C9-C25烃类的选择性达到90%以上,使ASF分布规律发生正偏移。 A new catalyst with montmorillonite structure was prepared by co-precipitation of FeCl3·6H2O and Na2SiO3. The structure of the catalyst was studied by XRD, SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption. The results indicated that the catalyst had laminar structure and high specific surface area. The catalyst was used in F-T synthesis in a slurry bed reactor under the following condition: 270 ℃ ,0.5 MPa, LHSV of 1.0 L · (g · h)^-1 ,n(H2): n(CO) =2: 1, reaction time 6 h. The selectivity to C9-C25 hydrocarbons of over 90% was obtained, with positive deviation from ASF distribution.
