摘要
就近５年来山东省部分地区２０例疑似禽脑脊髓炎（ＡＥ）病例的诊断作回顾性总结报道，结果：在送检的２０例疑似ＡＥ病鸡中，９例诊断为阳性，诊断阳性率为４５％，其中蛋鸡９例有３例阳性，肉鸡１１例有６例阳性。诊断结果表明ＡＥ的发生在山东已相当常见，已成为危害雏鸡的主要传染病之一。本文还就ＡＥ病理诊断的依据、相关诊断、类症鉴别等问题进行了深入探讨。
The diagnosis of 20 cases of Avian Encephalomyelitis(AE)likechicks in some districts of shandong province in recent five years wasreports.The results indicated that,among 20 cases exam- ined .nine werepositive,positve rate was 45%,and three of nine layer chicks,six of 11broiler ckicks were poitive. The diagnosis showed that AE is widespreadin shandong ,and is beconing ong of the major infec- tious diseases thetendanger chicks. This paper also thoroughly discussed the basis ofpothologic diagnosis and distingvish diagnosis of AE.
