摘要
在大中型厂房设计中,排架柱的力学计算非常重要,直接影响整个设计的全过程。从问题的提出、模型的建立等方面对某风机实验站的排架柱进行了力学计算。结果同某设计所设计人员的手工算法进行比较表明,该方法计算速度快;省去了手工计算中所需要的大量查表工作;确保了计算结果的正确性。同时,该方法不仅可以应用于类似的排架计算,也可应用于各种工业与民用建筑中的有关设计中,具有一定的推广性。
Mechanical calculation of bent frame column is very important in designing large and medium-sized workshops, because it directly influences the whole designing course of the design. Mechanical calculation of the bent frame column in a windmill is made in this paper, including the presentation of problems, modeling and programming procedures, data processing, mechanical calculation and its application to design, etc. A comparison of the calculating results with those by manual calculation indicates that this method is more rapid, reducing greatly the table look-up required in manual calculation and ensuring the precision of calculation. At the same time, this method can be applied not only to calculation of similar bent frames, but also into related design of various industrial and civil buildings.
