摘要
城市的科技创新环境决定着城市的科技创新能力,进而影响着城市的经济发展。通过构建城市科技创新环境的评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析法对江苏省城市的科技创新环境进行评价分析,针对各类城市的科技创新环境水平和特点,提出提高城市科技创新环境的对策和建议。
A city's environment of scientific and technological innovation determines its capacity of scientific and technological innovation and in this sense influences its economic development. Based on the theories of factor analysis and classification analysis, the indicator system to evaluate a city's level of scientific and technological innovation environment is formulated and used to evaluate the cities in Jiangsu Province. In respect to the respective levels and characteristics of different cities, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve their level.
