摘要 以圆盘式磁流变液离合器为例,介绍了磁流变液离合器的工作原理,用Bingham模型描述了磁流变液随外加磁场变化的流变特性;对离心力进行模型描述,由于离心力的作用引入无量纲的特性参数,分析了特性参数与其它变量间的关系,在此基础上分析了不同变量参数对磁流变液稳定性的影响;建立了磁流变液离合器转矩与体积分数分布曲线斜率关系的数学模型,指出提高输出转矩的方法,为磁流变液离合器的设计提供理论参考。 Taking a ‘disc'-shaped clutch of magnetorbeological fluids(MRF) as example, the principle of MRF clutch is presented. Bingham modle is used to describe the rheological characteristics of the MRF subject to an applied magnetic field.This study develops a model describing centrifugal force so a nondimensional characteristic parameter is derived due to the centrifugual effect. The relations of characteristic parameter and different variables is analysed clearly and the influence of different variables on the stability against demixing of MRF is specified in detail. The model of torque vers the slope of the volume fraction profiles and the method of improving the torque is presented, supplying theoretical referrence for the design of MRF clutch.
