摘要
利用共沉淀法制备了Cu掺杂的Zn1-xCuxO(x=0,0.01,0.02)系列样品。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了样品的相成分,结果显示600℃烧结、掺杂浓度为1%的样品为单相纤锌矿结构,掺杂浓度为2%的样品出现第二相CuO。利用综合物性测试仪(PPMS)测量了样品的室温(300K)及低温(10K)磁性能,结果表明所有样品均呈室温铁磁性,掺杂浓度为1%、600℃烧结样品磁转变温度高于300K。最后简要讨论了铁磁性起因。
Cu doped Zn1-xCuxO(x=0,0.01,0.02) samples were prepared by co-precipitation method. The phase structure was examined by XRD. The results displayed that the x=0.01 sample has single-phase wurtzite structure and the second phase CuO was found in the x=0.02 sample. The magnetism of the Zn0.99Cu0.01O sample was measured by PPMS at room temperature(300K) and low temperature(10K). The results showed that all the measured samples behave ferromagnetism at room temperature, and the magnetic transition temperature of Zn0.99Cu0.01O sample sintered at 600 ℃ is higher than 300K. The origin of ferromagnetism is briefly discussed.
