摘要
从天水及周边地区131株灰楸优树中选出结实的17株,分系号采集种子,测定种子平均长、宽、千粒质量、发芽率等物理、生物性状,从种子品质方面对灰楸优良家系初步选择提供依据。灰楸种子小,千粒质量在2.14~8.27 g之间。种子充分吸水后,在20~30℃条件下5~10 d内就能迅速萌发,各家系发芽率差异显著。种子苗长出1对子叶,苗高2 cm时移栽,3~5 d后,真叶转绿,90%的幼苗可形成健壮植株。
Selected 17 sturdy trees from 131 fine trees in Tianshui and its surrounding areas, and gathered seeds of Catalpa fargesii Bur. according to system numbers, physical and biological traits such as average length, average width, thcusand-seed weight and the germination rate of seeds were determined, which provide a basis for preliminary selection of fine family Catalpafargesii Bur. Seeds of Catalpafargesiii Bur. are small, thousand-seed weight are 2.14-8.27 g, under the condition of 20-30 ℃, Seed full-absorbent will be able to germinate quickly in 5 -10 d, the germination rate of each family are different significantly. Seedlings grew one pair of cotyledons, which were transplanted at the height of 2 cm, after 3-5 d, the leaves turned green, 90 percent of the seedlings can form healthy and strong plants.
