摘要 介绍了磁性元件集成的等效电路和建模的方法,并阐述了磁性元件尤其是电感与电感、电感与变压器集成的设计方法,并且以电感和变压器的集成为例介绍了磁元件集成的仿真方法,最后总结了磁集成的特点和限制因素。 The paper introduces the equivalent circuit of magnetic integrated components and the method of establishing modal, then focuses on the design way of magnetic integrated components, paticularly between inductance and inductance, inductance and transformer. Furthermore, the paper sets the integration of inductance and transformer as an exmple and proposes the simulated way of magnetic integrated components. At last, the paper summarizes the characteristic and restriction of the magnetic integrated components.
