摘要
利用ANSYS软件建立63.5″电动螺旋轮胎定型硫化机上横梁有限元模型,对硫化机横梁结构进行有限元分析,并根据分析结果对结构进行了相应改进和优化,使设计更加合理,同时节省了23.5%的材料,具有明显的效果,并为此类型机械产品的计算分析提供了一种可行的解决方案。
The finite element model for upper beam of 63.5"electric screw tire shaping curing press was established by using software ANSYS, the finite element analysis has been made for beam structure of curing press. The structure was improved and optimized correspondingly based on the results analyzed that has significant effects on rational design and materials saving of 23.5%, and provided a feasible solution for calculating and analyzing this type of mechanical products.
