摘要 介绍了一种新的关于统计推理的理论即学习理论,阐述了学习问题的研究背景、数学模型、研究的基本问题以及国内外的研究现状。 A new kind of theory of statistical inference, i.e. learning theory is introduced. The study background, the mathematic model, the basic question of learning as well as the present study situation about learning theory are described.
